CLAUDIA CAPALDI 

Inspired by nature, Claudia captures imagery through photography and art. With a background in printed textiles and currently working as an interior designer, she is conscious of the world and space around her and tries to evoke a sense of tranquillity through her work. As part of her degree, she studied the psychology of colour and the impact it can have on the mood and feel of your home. This has transpired in her art where she prefers to use neutral and natural colours.

With a passion for travel, adventure and exploring new places, much of her work including her degree collection “Outside Inside” is influenced by the places she has been – especially the snowy landscapes of Finland, Lapland and Iceland. She also expresses her creativity through her love of pottery and crafts, where you will see a similar style transfer from her art through to ceramics and other handmade gifts.
